Professional development and industry advocacy are very important here at Iron Range Agency. Three employees currently hold Certified Insurance Counselor designations and four others hold Certified Insurance Service Representative designations. The balance of the staff are working to achieve those professional designations as well. The agency is a member of the Independent Agents & Brokers of America, Big I of Michigan, and Upper Peninsula Association of Independent Insurance Agents.
