Scott entered the insurance business in 1982 after graduating from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. He worked for a large insurance company for the first ten years of his career, then joined Iron Range Agency in 1992 where he has worked as one of our Agents ever since. Scott is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) who specializes in all types of Personal and Commercial insurance. He resides in Ishpeming with his wife, Kathy.

Tracy is a graduate of Ishpeming High School and Northern Michigan University. She joined Iron Range Agency in 1993 and has been a co-owner since 2015. She attained her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1999 and her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 1995. She specializes mainly in Commercial Business Insurance but can assist you with any of your insurance needs.

Tracy is active in her community, serving as President of Ishpeming Community Events, President of the UP Association of Independent Insurance Agents and is also on the board for Big I of Michigan, Ishpeming Elks Lodge #447, Ishpeming Cemetery and Ishpeming Downtown Development Authority.

Coleen joined Iron Range Agency in May of 1982. Her duties have evolved over the years.  She became a partner in 2015.  Coleen manages finance, technology, and day to day agency administration. She obtained her MI Property & Casualty license in 2019 and her Life, Accident and Health license in 2021. 

Coleen is an active member of the Ishpeming Noon Kiwanis Club, Ishpeming Beautification Committee and is active in her Church.  She enjoys reading, gardening, camp, and family time. Coleen lives west of Ishpeming with her family and pets. 

Jackie joined Iron Range Agency in 2013 after many years specializing in personal insurance. She graduated from Westwood High School, attended Northern Michigan University and is a graduate of Sawyer College of Rhode Island. She earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2014, and is specializing in Commercial Insurance. She lives in Ishpeming Township with her husband Brad and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Bridget is a graduate of Westwood High School and attended Northern Michigan University. She joined Iron Range Agency in 1993. Bridget is a Certified Insurance Service Representative who specializes in Personal Insurance. In addition to her Michigan Property and Casualty insurance license, Bridget also holds a Life and Health license. She resides in Ishpeming with her husband and two sons.

Nicole joined Iron Range Agency in 2004, earning her agent’s license in 2005. She is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), primarily working with Personal Insurance. Nicole resides in Ishpeming with her family.

Jackie is a graduate of Ishpeming High School and NMU. She worked for several years as a preschool teacher and assistant director at two daycare centers before joining Iron Range Agency in 2007. After working for several years as office administrative assistant, she earned her Michigan Resident Agent’s License in August of 2015 and is now specializing in Personal Insurance. In her spare time Jackie enjoys bowling and spending time with her family.

Sara was born and raised in Faribault, MN. After graduating High School in 2000, she joined the Army and trained to be a Generator Mechanic, and was assigned to the 125th FSB, Fort Riley, KS. This is where she met and married her husband, Ken. She has a strong belief that family comes first, so it was not hard for him to convince Sara to move to the UP in 2003 to be closer to his daughters Annie and Alyssa. Their daughter, Fara, was born in 2009. That makes three girls! She has learned that life happens fast, so she tries to enjoy each day. Sara joined the agency in July of 2016, and comes to the agency with prior insurance and customer service experience, and earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2019.

Brianna was born and raised in Ishpeming, Michigan and is a graduate of Ishpeming High School. She attended Northern Michigan University for 4 years. Brianna joined Iron Range Agency in June of 2019 in the personal insurance department. She earned her Resident Producers License in August 2019 and received her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in March 2022. Brianna lives in Ishpeming with her family and 4 pets. She enjoys photography, hiking, and spending time with friends and family in her spare time.

Brande was born and raised in Ishpeming and is a graduate of Westwood High School. She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Communications. Brande joined Iron Range Agency in March of 2021 as a Customer Service Associate. She earned her Michigan Property and Casualty license in July of 2023. Brande has a passion for travel, where she can visit and experience new places and food. She lives in Ishpeming with her husband Ben, their son Gavin, and a rescue boxer named Roxie.

Ellie was born and raised in Ishpeming, MI. She graduated from Ishpeming High School in 2019. Ellie joined Iron Range Agency in May of 2023 as a Customer Service Representative. In her free time, she enjoys reading, being outside, and spending time with family. Ellie resides in Ishpeming with her partner Cooper, their daughter, and two cats.
